Our R&D team addressed the shortcomings of conventional plate-type condensers through refinement, experimentation, and practical application, ultimately introducing a new plate-type condenser. This device can be used in high-vacuum distillation units, addressing issues such as pressure drop and leaks.
The porous design reduces the thickness of the condenser plate and increases the cooling water flow rate, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency improvement of over 45% compared to condensers with the same heat exchange area.
The seal utilizes a 10mm gasket, which minimizes expansion and contraction and is resistant to high pressure.
The pipe openings and heat exchanger area can be customized to meet customer needs.
