I. Structural Features:
The silicon carbide heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchanger that utilizes silicon carbide ceramic as the heat transfer medium. This high-performance silicon carbide heat exchanger features the high strength, high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, and comprehensive acid and alkali corrosion resistance of silicon carbide ceramic. It is particularly suitable for demanding operating conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, strong acid and alkali corrosion, high-velocity airflow, and particle abrasion. Its excellent heat exchange efficiency meets the urgent needs of energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection. Tubesheet Materials: PFA steel lining, duplex steel 2205, titanium, and Hastelloy alloy. Gasket Material: Perfluoroether sealing ring.

Operating Temperature: -30°C to 205°C. Design Pressure: -0.1MPa to 1.0MPa
III. Applications: Pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, chemical engineering, metallurgy, pickling, acids such as bromine, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and other strong bases, halogenated compounds, salt solutions, and organic compounds.
